Roblox provides a variety of parental control features to help you manage your child’s gameplay, communication, and spending.

Set Up a Roblox Account for Your Child
The first step in managing your child’s experience on Roblox is setting up their account properly.
Here’s how:

Visit roblox.com or download the Roblox app.

Create an account using your child’s birthdate to ensure age-appropriate settings are applied.

Use a strong password and enable Account PIN for additional security.

Roblox automatically adjusts privacy and safety settings for accounts under 13, but you can further customize these settings.
Enable Parental Controls on Roblox
Roblox has built-in parental controls that limit features based on your child’s age.
To enable these controls:

Log in to your child’s account and go to Settings (gear icon).

Navigate to Parental Controls.

Set an Account PIN to prevent your child from changing the settings without your approval.

With the PIN enabled, you can lock communication and other safety settings for greater peace of mind.
Restrict Communication
Roblox allows you to control who can interact with your child in the game.
To adjust communication settings:
